Telmisartan

An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that helps relax blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Amlodipine

A calcium channel blocker that also helps relax blood vessels, further reducing blood pressure.

Chlorthalidone

A thiazide diuretic that helps remove excess fluid and salt from the body, lowering blood pressure.

High blood pressure (hypertension)

To reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy (thickening of the heart's main pumping chamber).

This combination medication works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through the body. This reduces the force of blood against the artery walls, lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone removes excess fluid from the body, further reducing blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage will be determined by your doctor based on your individual needs and medical history.

It is usually taken once daily, with or without food.

Rare but serious side effects include: low blood pressure, kidney problems, liver problems, low potassium levels, and allergic reactions.

Alcohol Consumption

This medication may cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for pregnant women as it can harm the developing baby. It is also not recommended for breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor for advice.

This medication is not recommended for children.
