High blood pressure (hypertension)

To reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy (thickening of the heart's main pumping chamber).

This combination medication works by relaxing and widening blood vessels, making it easier for blood to flow through the body. This reduces the force of blood against the artery walls, lowering blood pressure. Chlorthalidone removes excess fluid from the body, further reducing blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

It is usually taken once daily, with or without food.

Alcohol Consumption

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for pregnant women as it can harm the developing baby. It is also not recommended for breastfeeding women. Consult your doctor for advice.
