Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure)
Reduction of cardiovascular risk in patients with hypertension and established cardiovascular disease
Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking the entry of calcium ions into vascular smooth muscle cells. Perindopril inhibits the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), reducing the production of angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor. The combined effect leads to a significant reduction in blood pressure.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date.
Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual patient needs and response.
Typically, the medication is taken once daily, usually in the morning.
Do not abruptly stop taking the medication; consult your doctor for guidance on gradual discontinuation.

Alcohol can increase the risk of side effects, especially dizziness and low blood pressure. Limit alcohol consumption while taking this medication.
