This combination medication works by relaxing blood vessels and lowering blood pressure. Amlodipine is a calcium channel blocker, which helps relax the muscles in the blood vessels. Perindopril erbumine is an ACE inhibitor, which prevents the body from producing a substance that tightens blood vessels.

Store at room temperature, away from heat, light, and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The dosage will depend on your individual needs and response to the medication.

It is typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water.

Do not crush, chew, or break the tablets.

It is important to take this medication regularly as prescribed, even if you feel well.
