Amlodipine relaxes blood vessels by blocking the entry of calcium into vascular smooth muscle cells. Perindopril inhibits the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE), reducing the production of angiotensin II, a potent vasoconstrictor. The combined effect leads to vasodilation, decreased peripheral resistance, and reduced blood pressure.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
