Hydroquinone

Mometasone Furoate

Tretinoin

A retinoid that helps to exfoliate the skin, reduce wrinkles, and improve skin texture.

This combination medication works by addressing multiple aspects of skin discoloration and aging. Hydroquinone reduces melanin production, mometasone furoate reduces inflammation and redness, and tretinoin promotes skin cell turnover and collagen production.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor.

Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes.

Wash your hands thoroughly after application.
