Chlorpheniramine Maleate

A pain reliever and fever reducer.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that helps to shrink swollen blood vessels in the nose, making it easier to breathe.

This drug combination works by targeting the various symptoms of colds and allergies. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine, reducing allergic reactions. Paracetamol relieves pain and reduces fever. Phenylephrine shrinks swollen blood vessels, easing nasal congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children over 12 years old: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Children 6-12 years old: Take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Children under 6 years old: Consult a doctor.

Do not take more than the recommended dosage.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects.

Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy or dizzy after taking this medication.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult a doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Do not give this medication to children under 6 years old without consulting a doctor.



Kidney

People with kidney problems should consult a doctor before taking this medication.
