Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical released by the body during allergic reactions.

Paracetamol

A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that works by narrowing blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and making breathing easier.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and allergies, including:

Runny nose

Sneezing

Watery eyes

Itching

Headache

Fever

Body aches

This combination medication works by targeting the underlying causes of common cold and allergy symptoms. Chlorpheniramine blocks histamine release, reducing allergic reactions. Paracetamol relieves pain and reduces fever. Phenylephrine decongests nasal passages, improving breathing.

Store at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions on the medication label or as directed by your doctor.

Adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.

Children 6-12 years: Take 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.

Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor.

Do not take more than the recommended dose.

Swallow tablets whole with a full glass of water.

This medication is usually taken for a short period of time (3-7 days). If your symptoms worsen or persist, consult your doctor.

Drowsiness

Dry mouth

Nausea

Stomach upset

Constipation

Difficulty urinating

Nervousness

Insomnia

Headache

Skin rash

Blurred vision

Heart palpitations

Increased blood pressure

Difficulty breathing (in severe cases)

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication, as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and dizziness.



While Driving or Operating Machinery

Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you, as it can cause drowsiness and dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Talk to your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It may not be safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under 6 years of age unless advised by a doctor.



Kidney
