Cetirizine

An antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, a chemical released by the body during an allergic reaction.

Paracetamol

A pain reliever and fever reducer that works by reducing the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and fever.

Phenylephrine

A decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing congestion and making breathing easier.

Relief of symptoms associated with allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes, and skin rash.

Relief of mild to moderate pain.

Relief of fever.

Relief of nasal congestion due to the common cold or sinusitis.

This drug combination works by targeting different aspects of allergy and cold symptoms. Cetirizine blocks histamine, Paracetamol reduces pain and fever, and Phenylephrine relieves nasal congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

This medication is usually taken by mouth with a glass of water.
