Chlorpheniramine Maleate

An antihistamine that helps relieve runny nose, sneezing, and watery eyes associated with allergies and the common cold.

Paracetamol

An analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer) that helps alleviate mild to moderate pain and fever.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, and fever.

Relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis (hay fever).

Chlorpheniramine blocks the effects of histamine, a substance released during allergic reactions. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus and reduces pain through unclear mechanisms, possibly involving the inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
