Closone Oint 20gm (Clobetasone Butyrate) works by reducing the production of substances in the body that cause inflammation and itching. It also suppresses the immune response in the skin.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from moisture and heat.

Apply a thin layer of the medication to the affected area of skin as directed by your doctor.

Do not apply more medication than prescribed, as it can increase the risk of side effects.

Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medication, unless your hands are the affected area.

Avoid getting the medication in your eyes, nose, or mouth.

If you are using the medication on the face, apply it carefully and avoid getting it in your eyes.

Do not cover the treated area with a bandage unless directed by your doctor.

Burning, stinging, or itching at the application site.
