Clobetasol propionate suppresses inflammation by binding to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors. Miconazole inhibits fungal growth by interfering with ergosterol synthesis. Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death.
Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Apply a thin film to the affected area twice daily.
Duration of treatment should be as short as possible and determined by the physician.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage or duration without consulting a doctor.

No specific interactions with alcohol are documented, but excessive alcohol consumption can generally worsen skin conditions.
