Clobium Syp 60ml (Clobazam) works by enhancing the effects of a neurotransmitter called GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid) in the brain. GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, meaning it helps to calm and slow down brain activity. By increasing GABA's effects, clobazam helps to reduce the frequency and severity of seizures and anxiety symptoms.

Store clobazam at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

Dosage of clobazam varies depending on the individual's condition, age, and response to treatment.

It is typically taken orally, usually once or twice daily.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Clobazam may be harmful to a developing fetus. It is not recommended for use during pregnancy unless the potential benefits outweigh the risks. It is also not recommended for use while breastfeeding as it can pass into breast milk.



Children

The use of clobazam in children should be closely monitored by a healthcare professional. It may not be appropriate for all children.



Kidney

Clobazam can accumulate in the body in people with kidney problems. Your doctor may need to adjust your dosage.



Liver

Clobazam can be metabolized (broken down) in the liver. People with liver problems may need to have their dosage adjusted.
