Benzoyl peroxide is an anti-bacterial agent that works by killing bacteria that cause acne.

Clindamycin is an antibiotic that works by preventing the growth of bacteria.

The combination of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin is often used to treat acne because it works in two ways: it kills bacteria and helps to unclog pores.

Acne vulgaris (moderate to severe)

Clim B Soap 75gm (Benzoyl Peroxide + Clindamycin) work together to treat acne by killing bacteria that cause acne and reducing inflammation. Benzoyl peroxide is a keratolytic, which means it helps to remove excess skin cells that can clog pores. Clindamycin is an antibiotic that prevents the growth of bacteria. This combined action helps to clear acne lesions and prevent future breakouts.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F). Keep out of direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the medicine out of reach of children.

The usual dosage for adults is to apply a thin layer of the medication to the affected area twice a day.

Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying the medication.

Do not apply to irritated or broken skin.

Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, and mouth.

Alcohol Consumption

Moderate alcohol consumption is generally safe. However, excessive alcohol consumption can potentially increase the risk of stomach upset and other side effects.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication is unlikely to affect your ability to drive or operate machinery. However, if you experience side effects such as dizziness or drowsiness, you should avoid driving or operating machinery.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The safety of benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin for pregnant and breastfeeding women has not been fully established.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children under the age of 12.



Kidney

This medication may be used cautiously in patients with kidney problems. However, it is important to consult your doctor before using this medication.
