0 Aspirin: Inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that contribute to inflammation, pain, and blood clotting.1 Atorvastatin: Blocks the enzyme responsible for cholesterol synthesis in the liver, reducing the production of LDL (bad) cholesterol and increasing HDL (good) cholesterol levels.2 Clopidogrel: Prevents platelets from sticking together and forming blood clots, making it harder for blood clots to develop in the arteries.
