Amoxicillin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis, preventing bacterial growth and reproduction. Clavulanic acid inhibits beta-lactamases, enzymes produced by bacteria that inactivate amoxicillin. This combination ensures that amoxicillin remains effective against bacteria that would otherwise be resistant.
Store at controlled room temperature (20°C to 25°C), protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused portion after the expiry date.
