Cilnidipine: A calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Chlorthalidone: A thiazide diuretic that increases urine production, reducing fluid volume in the body and lowering blood pressure.

High blood pressure (hypertension), especially when other medications haven't been effective.

May be used in combination with other antihypertensive medications.

Store at room temperature, away from heat, moisture, and light. Keep out of reach of children.

Usually taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol may increase the risk of side effects. Avoid excessive alcohol intake.



While Driving or operating Machinery

May cause dizziness or drowsiness. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how the medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Discuss risks and benefits with your doctor.



Children

Safety and effectiveness in children have not been established.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. May worsen existing kidney problems.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver disease. May worsen existing liver problems.
