Cilnidipine

A calcium channel blocker that relaxes blood vessels, lowering blood pressure.

Telmisartan

An angiotensin ii receptor blocker (arb) that blocks the effects of a hormone that narrows blood vessels, also lowering blood pressure.

High blood pressure (hypertension) when other medications haven't been effective or are not suitable.

To reduce the risk of stroke in patients with high blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy (thickening of the heart muscle).

Cilnirow Tm 5mg/40mg Tablet (Cilnidipine + Telmisartan) works by relaxing blood vessels and reducing the amount of hormones that constrict blood vessels. This combined effect lowers blood pressure, improving blood flow and reducing the workload on the heart.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Your doctor will determine the appropriate dose for you based on your individual needs and medical history.

This medication is typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush or chew the tablets. Swallow them whole with a glass of water.

It is important to take this medication regularly as prescribed, even if you feel well.

Alcohol Consumption
