Chlorpheniramine Maleate blocks the action of histamine, a chemical that is released by the body during an allergic reaction. This helps to reduce the symptoms of allergies, such as sneezing, runny nose, and watery eyes. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide suppresses coughing by reducing the activity in the part of the brain that causes coughing.

Store at room temperature, between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F), away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.

Adults and children over 12 years: 10 ml every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 60 ml in 24 hours.

Children 6-12 years: 5 ml every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 30 ml in 24 hours.

Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take the medicine with a full glass of water.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid alcohol consumption while taking this medication as it can increase the risk of drowsiness and other side effects.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before taking this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children

Use this medication cautiously in children, especially those under 6 years old. Consult a doctor before administering to children.



Kidney

This medication is not recommended for people with severe kidney problems.



Liver

This medication is not recommended for people with severe liver problems.
