Ambroxol

A mucolytic agent that helps thin and loosen mucus in the respiratory tract.

Guaifenesin

An expectorant that helps bring up mucus from the lungs.

Levocetirizine

An antihistamine that blocks the effects of histamine, a chemical that causes allergy symptoms.

Menthol

A topical analgesic that provides a cooling sensation and may help relieve congestion.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold, such as cough, phlegm, runny nose, sneezing, and congestion.

Treatment of allergic rhinitis (hay fever) symptoms.

This medication works by combining different ingredients to address multiple symptoms of colds and allergies: Ambroxol thins mucus, making it easier to cough up. Guaifenesin helps bring up the loosened mucus. Levocetirizine blocks histamine, reducing allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. Menthol provides a cooling sensation that can temporarily relieve congestion. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and improving breathing.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Always follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist.

The usual dose for adults is 5 ml every 4-6 hours as needed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Take this medication with a full glass of water.

You can take this medication with or without food.

Avoid driving or operating machinery if you experience drowsiness or dizziness.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. It may not be safe for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.



Children

Do not give this medication to children under the age of 6 years unless directed by a doctor.
