Metoprolol

Metoprolol reduces the heart's workload by decreasing heart rate and contractility. Trimetazidine improves myocardial energy supply by altering fatty acid oxidation, promoting glucose metabolism, and enhancing ATP production, thus improving myocardial blood flow and reducing angina episodes.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.

The medication is usually taken orally, typically twice daily with food.

Alcohol Consumption

While Driving or operating Machinery

Metoprolol and Trimetazidine may cause dizziness or fatigue. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children
