Carca Cr 40mg Tab (Carvedilol) is a non-selective beta-blocker and an alpha1-adrenergic blocking agent. It works by blocking the effects of adrenaline and noradrenaline on the heart and blood vessels. This leads to a decrease in heart rate, blood pressure, and the force of heart contractions. The alpha1-blockade contributes to vasodilation (widening of blood vessels), further reducing blood pressure.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Dosage is determined by your doctor and depends on your individual condition and response to treatment.

It is typically taken orally, usually once or twice daily.
