This medication works by combining the actions of its ingredients. Beclometasone reduces inflammation, clotrimazole fights fungal infections, lidocaine relieves pain and itching, and ofloxacin combats bacterial infections. This combination effectively targets the various causes of otitis externa and provides relief from its symptoms.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

This medication is usually administered as ear drops.

Follow the instructions provided by your doctor or pharmacist carefully.

The usual dosage is 3-4 drops in the affected ear, 3-4 times daily.

The duration of treatment depends on the severity of the infection and your individual response.
