Ca 007 Inj 2.5gm (Amikacin + Cefepime) both kill bacteria by interfering with their ability to build cell walls. Amikacin works by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, preventing protein synthesis. Cefepime works by binding to penicillin-binding proteins, inhibiting the synthesis of peptidoglycan, a key component of bacterial cell walls.

Store the medication at room temperature, away from light and moisture. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.

The dosage and duration of treatment will depend on the severity of the infection, your age, weight, and overall health.

This medication is usually given by intravenous (IV) injection.
