Brevipil 25 Tab (Brivaracetam) works by attaching to a specific protein in the brain called the synaptic vesicle protein 2A (SV2A). This attachment helps to reduce the release of neurotransmitters that can cause seizures.
Store brivaracetam tablets at room temperature, between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F). Keep brivaracetam tablets in the original container, tightly closed, and out of reach of children and pets.
The dosage of brivaracetam will vary depending on your individual needs and the severity of your seizures.

Brivaracetam is usually taken twice a day, with or without food.
