Bosentas 125mg Tab (Bosentan) is an endothelin receptor antagonist. It works by blocking the action of endothelin, a powerful vasoconstrictor, which helps to relax and widen blood vessels, improving blood flow and reducing pressure in the lungs.
Store Bosentan tablets at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep them in their original container and keep them out of the reach of children and pets.
The dosage of Bosentan will vary depending on your individual needs and the condition being treated.
It is usually taken twice daily with or without food.
