Bilasure Syp 60ml (Bilastine) is a selective, long-lasting H1-antihistamine. It works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance released by the body during an allergic reaction. By blocking histamine receptors, bilastine reduces the symptoms of allergic reactions.
Store at room temperature (below 25°C). Protect from moisture and light. Keep out of reach of children.
