Bilastine

A second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral h1 receptors, reducing allergic symptoms without causing significant drowsiness.

Montelukast

A leukotriene receptor antagonist (ltra) that blocks the action of leukotrienes, inflammatory chemicals contributing to asthma and allergies.

Allergic rhinitis (hay fever) with or without conjunctivitis.

Treatment of mild to moderate persistent asthma (in combination with other asthma controllers as directed by a physician).

Bilastine blocks histamine receptors, preventing the release of inflammatory mediators associated with allergic symptoms like sneezing, itching, and runny nose. Montelukast blocks leukotriene receptors, reducing inflammation in the airways, lessening bronchospasm, and improving lung function.

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage will be determined by the physician depending on age, weight and the severity of the condition.

Follow the prescribed dosage and schedule carefully.

Do not abruptly stop taking the medication without consulting your doctor.

Rarely: Serious allergic reactions (anaphylaxis). Seek immediate medical attention if these occur.

Alcohol Consumption

Avoid excessive alcohol consumption as it may potentiate the sedative effects of Bilastine (although this effect is usually mild with Bilastine).



While Driving or Operating Machinery

Use caution while driving or operating machinery, particularly initially, as dizziness or fatigue may occur.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Consult your doctor before using this medication if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.



Children
