Bilashine Dt 10mg Tab (Bilastine) is a selective, long-lasting antagonist of peripheral H1-receptors. This means it blocks the action of histamine at the H1-receptors in the body, reducing the allergic response and its associated symptoms. Unlike many other antihistamines, bilastine does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier, leading to a lower risk of central nervous system side effects like drowsiness.
