Bi Lin Syp 100ml (Pregabalin) binds to the α2-δ (alpha-2-delta) subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system. This action reduces the release of several neurotransmitters, including substance P, norepinephrine, and glutamate, leading to pain relief and a reduction in seizure activity and anxiety.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C) away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on individual needs and response to treatment.

The medication may be taken with or without food.

Dosage adjustments may be necessary for patients with kidney or liver impairment.

Children

Pregabalin is not typically used in children.
