Betamethasone

Salicylic Acid

A keratolytic agent that helps soften and shed the outer layer of skin, improving penetration of betamethasone.

Treatment of inflammatory dermatoses responsive to corticosteroids, such as psoriasis, eczema, and seborrheic dermatitis.

Relief of itching and inflammation associated with various skin conditions.

Betamethasone, a corticosteroid, suppresses inflammation by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators. Salicylic acid acts as a keratolytic, removing the stratum corneum and facilitating deeper penetration of betamethasone, enhancing its efficacy.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily, or as directed by your physician.

Duration of treatment should be as short as possible to minimize the risk of side effects.

Do not use on open wounds or broken skin.

Alcohol Consumption

No specific interaction with alcohol reported, but excessive alcohol use may exacerbate skin conditions.



While Driving or operating Machinery

Generally safe, but possible drowsiness or dizziness should be monitored, particularly with prolonged use or high dosages.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Use should be avoided or only under strict medical supervision during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to potential systemic absorption.



Children

Use should be carefully considered and limited to short durations to minimize risk of adverse effects; Pediatric dosages may differ.



Kidney

No significant impact on kidney function is usually observed with topical application.



Liver

No significant impact on liver function is usually observed with topical application.
