    Brimonidine Tartrate

This is an alpha-2 adrenergic agonist that lowers eye pressure by reducing the production of aqueous humor (the fluid in your eye).

    Brinzolamide

This is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor that also lowers eye pressure by reducing the production of aqueous humor.

How Betafree Eye Drops 5ml Works

This medication works by lowering the pressure inside the eye. It does this by reducing the production of fluid in the eye, which helps to keep the pressure from getting too high. This medication contains two active ingredients: Betafree Eye Drops 5ml (Brimonidine Tartrate + Brinzolamide). Brimonidine tartrate works by decreasing the production of fluid in the eye, while brinzolamide also decreases the production of fluid in the eye and increases the flow of fluid out of the eye.
