Mefenamic Acid

A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces fever and mild to moderate pain.

Relief of mild to moderate pain, such as headaches, menstrual cramps, muscle aches, and dental pain.

Reduction of fever.

Mefenamic acid inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals that cause pain, inflammation, and fever. Paracetamol's precise mechanism is not fully understood, but it is believed to reduce fever by acting on the hypothalamus and reducing pain by affecting the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

The typical dose is one or two tablets every 6-8 hours as needed, not exceeding the maximum daily dose specified on the product label.

Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Take with food or milk to reduce stomach upset.

Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Children

Dosage should be adjusted according to the child's weight and age; consult a doctor.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with kidney disease. Renal function monitoring may be necessary.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with liver disease. Liver function monitoring may be necessary.
