Bisoprolol

Hydrochlorothiazide

A diuretic (water pill) that helps your body get rid of extra water and salt. it works by increasing urine production, which helps lower blood pressure.

High blood pressure (hypertension)

Besoloc H Plus Tab (Bisoprolol + Hydrochlorothiazide) works by combining two mechanisms to reduce blood pressure:

Store at room temperature, away from moisture and heat. Keep out of reach of children.

Dosage is individualized based on your condition and response to treatment. Consult your doctor for the appropriate dosage.

This medication is usually taken once a day, with or without food.

Do not stop taking this medication suddenly without consulting your doctor, as this could worsen your condition.

Less common side effects include low blood pressure, shortness of breath, and heart rhythm problems.

Serious side effects are rare but can include severe allergic reactions, heart problems, and liver problems.

Common side effects include dizziness, fatigue, headache, and nausea.

Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol consumption can increase the risk of side effects from bisoprolol + hydrochlorothiazide.



While Driving or operating Machinery

This medication can cause dizziness or fatigue. Avoid driving or operating machinery until you know how this medication affects you.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

This medication is not recommended for pregnant women. It is not known if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breastfeeding.



Children

This medication is not recommended for children.



Kidney

If you have kidney problems, your doctor may need to adjust your dosage of this medication.



Liver

If you have liver problems, you may be at increased risk for side effects from this medication.
