Besoloc 2.5mg Tab (Bisoprolol) is a beta-blocker medication. It works by blocking the effects of adrenaline (epinephrine) and noradrenaline (norepinephrine) on the heart and blood vessels. This helps to lower blood pressure, slow the heart rate, and reduce the workload on the heart.
