Dicyclomine reduces intestinal spasms and cramping by blocking the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that stimulates muscle contractions. Paracetamol reduces pain and fever through a mechanism that's not fully understood, but it's believed to involve inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the central nervous system.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.
