Trypsin

An enzyme that helps to break down proteins, which can help to reduce inflammation and improve tissue healing.

This drug combination works by reducing pain and inflammation through a variety of mechanisms. Aceclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are substances that cause pain and swelling. Bromelain breaks down fibrin, which is a protein involved in blood clotting, and helps to reduce swelling. Rutoside trihydrate strengthens blood vessels and reduces capillary fragility, which can help to reduce bruising and swelling. Trypsin breaks down proteins, which can help to reduce inflammation and improve tissue healing.
