Bempedoic Acid

A medication that lowers cholesterol levels by inhibiting an enzyme called atp citrate lyase (acl), which is involved in the production of cholesterol in the liver.

Ezetimibe

A medication that blocks the absorption of cholesterol from the gut into the bloodstream.

Treatment of adults with high cholesterol (hypercholesterolemia) who are unable to reach their cholesterol goals with diet and exercise alone.

Bemezy Tab (Bempedoic Acid + Ezetimibe) work together to reduce cholesterol levels. This combined action helps to lower both LDL ('bad') cholesterol and total cholesterol levels.

The medication is typically taken once daily, with or without food.

Do not crush, break, or chew the tablets. Swallow them whole with a glass of water.

Alcohol Consumption
