Chlorpheniramine Maleate

Paracetamol

Sodium Citrate

A buffering agent that helps to reduce stomach upset.

Relief of symptoms associated with the common cold and flu, such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, headache, and fever.

Temporary relief of sinus congestion.

Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance released by the body during allergic reactions. Phenylephrine constricts blood vessels in the nasal passages, reducing swelling and congestion. Paracetamol reduces fever by acting on the hypothalamus, and it relieves pain through mechanisms not fully understood. Sodium citrate acts as a buffer, reducing the acidity of the medicine.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
