Balokem 100mg Tab (Balofloxacin) is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic. It works by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, enzymes essential for bacterial DNA replication and repair. This inhibition leads to bacterial cell death.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C), protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
