Bacloren 10mg Tab (Baclofen) acts as a GABA-B receptor agonist in the central nervous system. It inhibits the release of excitatory neurotransmitters, resulting in reduced muscle spasms and spasticity.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of unused medication properly as per local guidelines.
Dosage is determined by the physician and depends on individual needs and response.
Dosage may be gradually increased to achieve optimal therapeutic effect.
Oral tablets are typically taken multiple times daily with or without food.
Intrathecal baclofen (injection into the spinal fluid) is used in severe cases under strict medical supervision.
