Betamethasone

A potent corticosteroid that reduces inflammation and itching.

Clotrimazole

An antifungal medication that kills various fungi, including those causing skin infections.

Gentamicin

An antibiotic that combats bacteria causing skin infections.

Treatment of inflammatory dermatoses complicated by bacterial and/or fungal infections.

Infected eczema.

Infected psoriasis.

Secondary bacterial and fungal infections of various skin conditions.

Betamethasone reduces inflammation and itching by suppressing the immune response. Clotrimazole disrupts the fungal cell membrane, leading to fungal cell death. Gentamicin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis, leading to bacterial cell death. The combination provides broad-spectrum coverage against inflammation, fungal, and bacterial infections.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area twice daily.

Dosage should be determined by a physician based on the severity of the infection and patient's response.

Continue treatment for at least a week after symptoms have subsided, or as directed by your physician.

Alcohol Consumption

No specific interactions with alcohol are documented, but excessive alcohol intake can negatively affect skin health.



Driving or Operating Machinery

Usually does not affect alertness but follow doctor's advice.



Pregnant & Breastfeeding Women

Use only if the benefits outweigh the potential risks. Consult your physician.



Children

Use as directed by a physician, adjusting the dose and duration of treatment based on age and weight.



Kidney

Use with caution in patients with impaired kidney function. Gentamicin is primarily excreted via the kidneys.



Liver

Use with caution in patients with impaired liver function. Although primarily excreted through the kidneys, betamethasone metabolism may be affected.
