Azenam 250mg Inj (Aztreonam) inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis by binding to penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs), specifically PBP3, in gram-negative bacteria. This prevents the formation of peptidoglycan, a crucial component of the bacterial cell wall, leading to bacterial cell death.
Store at controlled room temperature (20°C to 25°C/68°F to 77°F). Protect from light and moisture. Discard any unused portion after the expiration date.
