Avori 200mg Tab (Voriconazole) is a triazole antifungal agent that inhibits the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of fungal cell membranes. This disruption leads to cell death and prevents fungal growth.

Store at room temperature (20-25°C). Protect from light and moisture. Dispose of unused medication properly according to local guidelines.

Dosage varies depending on the indication, patient’s age, weight, and renal/hepatic function. Always follow your doctor's prescription.

Missed doses should be taken as soon as remembered, unless it is near the time for the next dose. Never double the dose.

Use only if clearly needed, under strict medical supervision. It can cross the placenta and be present in breast milk.



Children

Dosage adjustments are needed based on weight and clinical factors.



Kidney

Dosage adjustments are necessary for patients with impaired kidney function.



Liver

Dosage adjustments are necessary for patients with impaired liver function; close monitoring is crucial.
