A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.
A proton pump inhibitor (ppi) that reduces stomach acid production.
Treatment of osteoarthritis pain and inflammation.
Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis pain and inflammation.
Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis pain and inflammation.
Relief of menstrual cramps (dysmenorrhea).
Reduction of the risk of NSAIDinduced gastric ulcers and other gastrointestinal complications.
Naproxen inhibits the production of prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and inflammation. Pantoprazole reduces stomach acid production by blocking the proton pump in the parietal cells of the stomach lining, thereby protecting against NSAID-induced damage.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Always follow the doctor's prescribed dosage and regimen.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Take the medication with a full glass of water.
Take the medication with food to minimize stomach upset.
Do not crush or chew the tablets.
Gastrointestinal upset (e.g., nausea, heartburn, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation).

Allergic reactions (e.g., rash, itching, swelling, difficulty breathing).

Liver problems (rare).
