Hydrocortisone

Hydroquinone

A skin-lightening agent that inhibits melanin production.

Tretinoin

A retinoid (derivative of vitamin a) that promotes cell turnover and collagen production, treating acne and wrinkles.

Treatment of inflammatory hyperpigmentation (dark spots) associated with acne, melasma, or other conditions.

Improvement of skin texture and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.

This combination therapy works synergistically. Hydrocortisone reduces inflammation, Hydroquinone lightens the skin by inhibiting melanin formation, and Tretinoin increases cell turnover, improving skin texture and facilitating penetration of the other ingredients. This combined effect helps reduce hyperpigmentation and improve overall skin appearance.

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiration date.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once or twice daily, as directed by your physician.

Start with less frequent application and gradually increase as tolerated to avoid irritation.

Always apply sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher during the day.
