Dicyclomine blocks the action of acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter that stimulates muscle contractions in the digestive tract. This leads to relaxation of the muscles and reduction of spasms. Diclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, chemicals that cause pain and inflammation.

Children

This medication is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
