How Aprezo 30 Tab Works

Aprezo 30 Tab (Apremilast) is a phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) inhibitor. It works by blocking the breakdown of a chemical called cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) in the body. cAMP is involved in many cell functions, including inflammation. By blocking the breakdown of cAMP, apremilast helps to reduce inflammation.

Storage and Handling of Aprezo 30 Tab

Store apremilast at room temperature, between 68°F and 77°F (20°C and 25°C). Keep apremilast in its original container, tightly closed, and out of reach of children and pets.

Dosage of Aprezo 30 Tab

    The usual starting dose of apremilast is 30 mg taken twice daily (morning and evening).
