Direction for Use of Aprezo 20 Tab

Psoriasis: Apremilast is approved for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy.

Psoriatic Arthritis: Apremilast is approved for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis in adults.

Ankylosing Spondylitis: Apremilast is approved for the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis in adults.

How Aprezo 20 Tab Works

Aprezo 20 Tab (Apremilast) works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4). Dosage of Aprezo 20 Tab

    The recommended starting dose of Apremilast is 30 mg taken twice daily.
