    Apremilast

Direction for Use of Aprezo 20 Tab

Psoriasis: Apremilast is approved for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in adults who are candidates for phototherapy or systemic therapy.

Psoriatic Arthritis: Apremilast is approved for the treatment of active psoriatic arthritis in adults.

Ankylosing Spondylitis: Apremilast is approved for the treatment of active ankylosing spondylitis in adults.

How Aprezo 20 Tab Works

Aprezo 20 Tab (Apremilast) works by inhibiting the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4). This leads to an increase in cyclic adenosine monophosphate (cAMP) levels, which helps to reduce inflammation and suppress the immune response involved in psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.

Storage and Handling of Aprezo 20 Tab

Store Apremilast tablets at room temperature, between 20°C and 25°C (68°F and 77°F). Protect from moisture and light.

Dosage of Aprezo 20 Tab

    The recommended starting dose of Apremilast is 30 mg taken twice daily.
