Dihydralazine directly relaxes arterioles (small arteries), reducing peripheral vascular resistance and lowering blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide increases sodium and water excretion through the kidneys, reducing blood volume and consequently, blood pressure. The combined effect provides a more potent and balanced blood pressure reduction.
Store at room temperature, away from moisture and direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Discard any unused medication after the expiry date.
