Aceclofenac

A non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (nsaid) that reduces pain and inflammation.

Paracetamol

An analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever.

Tizanidine

A muscle relaxant that relieves muscle spasms and stiffness.

Treatment of moderate to severe pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions (e.g., osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, back pain).

Relief of muscle spasms and stiffness associated with musculoskeletal disorders.

Aceclofenac inhibits the production of prostaglandins, reducing inflammation and pain. Paracetamol reduces fever and pain through a less understood mechanism, possibly involving inhibition of cyclooxygenase enzymes in the central nervous system. Tizanidine acts centrally on the alpha-2 adrenergic receptors in the spinal cord, reducing muscle spasms and stiffness.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
